So yesterday was my blood work and ultra sound. I got the call at noon-- the earliest the clinic has ever called me. Nothing is happening and they were alittle suprised by this. Hmmm, well I am still in my period so it kind of makes sense to me-- but I am alittle uneasy they were not in sync with this--especially because I went in on saturday and told them I was waiting for my period still. They did my b/w and u/s that day then called me later and told me to start the meds. They started me early with the "microdose that wasn't really" cycle so I assumed they were just starting me early because I take so dang long to get going. I go back in on monday so I am hoping for some good news-- though I have to say that some of my optimism is wearing off.

Hmm. Not sure what to tell you - I think you should be starting stims by around Day 3 of your period... what day are you on right now?

Hoping for you!

Oh dear, surprised RE's, we don't like that. I hope you get better news on Monday.

I'm a bit confused though. I thought your last post said you were stimming already for 5 days.

I started the meds on 10/21-- if i count today as done-- then I have done 7 days of stims-- with no results. And day 3 of my cycle was on 10/25 which means that when I went for my 2nd u/s I was on day 4 of my cycle. I have no idea if stimming me so early adds value with the cycle coming on after we start the process or if it is just wasted meds. Hopefully moday will offer some good news- that will put me on day 8 of my cycle and day 11 on stims.

oh ellie, you have more than confused me, not that that's hard just that you've done it so well! I don't understand your cycle at all mind you I really only know 2 types of cycles and I wont say they all end in negs because for some they work well.

you started stims before your period? I wonder why if it's a low responder thing?

wishing you much luck this cycle that you get to EPU and then ET. will be watching and hoping everything works as it should.

Hmm. I too don"t know what to say other than I have noticed that I have to keep reminding folks about things that SHOULD be important, such as your AF schedule and the effect on your bodies reactions. I think the clinics see things "go as planned" for many folks and when we throw in a curveball they just don't what to do. I hope things look better next week.

Ugh. I'm with lut c. here- I hate it when REs are surprised.

Here's hoping that things start looking up soon...
